If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of making the purchase but after accessing some course materials, you may be eligible for a refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course content despite reasonable efforts from our support team to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund. Our support team will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue first.
